The Bank Visit Kit is a digital product delivered immediately. We still want you to be satisfied — here is our refund policy.
1. 14-day satisfaction refund
If the Kit does not meet your needs, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, we may ask a brief reason to help us improve.
2. How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. How to request
Email jms@asumbear.kr with the email address used at checkout and your order number. We aim to respond within 2 business days. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have under Korean consumer law.
